Private Enterprise and Organizational Productivity
Peace and economy must work in accordance with the dictates of market enterprise. Most workers like to work in peace; they like to think about the problems, at hand, in peace and given the necessary conditions they perform optimally in peaceful conditions of work. Most work-related activities are suitable in peace, and workers have enhanced productivity and have higher efficiency. Private sector in developing economies, like India, must enhance conditions were most workers have the privilege of full peace. Peace brings out the best abilities among the workers and makes them perform their work with utmost diligence and rectitude.
The workers in private enterprise should be provided peaceful conditions, as much as it is possible for the businesses to, work in peaceful conditions. Private sector must acknowledge the salience of peace and productivity in enhancing economic production. Private sector in emerging markets, as India, must inculcate peace as a virtue among workers and provide them the most suitable conditions that are required to perform as best they should. Peaceful conditions for work are one of the important factors in enhancing productivity of a market firm. With peace, workers work in tandem with the set-goals that are placed before them and are given to higher economic output. Workers work best under peaceful conditions, and are therefore prone to less lethargy and higher productivity.
Emerging markets, have an aim of higher economic growth, and private firms, along with the government, is given the primary responsibility for achieving the target directed to them. Most economies work with competitive firms, and firms have the responsibility of higher economic output, which leads to high economic growth. If peace is given the attention that it should deserve, then economic growth can be pushed higher than it would have been otherwise, in conditions of peace or lack of it. Peace can also be considered to be experimental idea in firms, although most firms work in peaceful conditions. Peace, as a sentiment of work, must be given the attention that it must have in private firms.
Most firms, naturally, work in peaceful conditions, and are prone to higher output and efficiency. Private firms should be more concerned about peace and should be given the rightful attention to enhance productivity. Private firms in market economy, work with the intention of higher economic output, in addition, to workers welfare and with an aim of serving the society by providing essential goods and services. Peaceful working conditions must be emphasized if it is not already placed firmly in practice. Peaceful organizations are more productive organizations, and are more attuned to the needs of the market and competition that they find themselves in a market economy.
Most market economies work within intense competition. They work in order to serve the needs of the society which are placed on them by the economic demands. Economies are prone to higher performance, if peaceful conditions are maintained in organizations and within the borders of a country. Private firms should create conditions of peace and give their workers higher target that must be met through competition. Peace can serve competitive aims of private firms in a market economy. Peace must be relegated to a position of economic privilege with due regards to details. Organizational productivity must be brought to the attention of managers in a competitive world that they find themselves in.
