The Intractable Problem
Russia and Ukraine have been at loggerheads for the last two years. The latest drone attack from Russia has killed eight Ukrainians. A considerable damage has been caused to the residential areas of Ukraine. Russia and Ukraine haven’t been able to resolve their dispute, and the war seemingly has no end.
Most nations live in peace, they live in order to enhance their economic interests. Russia should consider peace to be an option, and not allow war to be stretched as it has been thus far. Russia should resolve its political problems with Ukraine, and should understand the salient point that wars do not resolve politics that a nation is laden with. All politics must be used for the betterment of mankind, and peace must be given more advantage than it has been in Russia and Ukraine. Peace must be emphasized between nations and its politics must be used to foment peace. Peace would save lives in the two nations that have caused undue harm to each other. Peace must be restored between nations and all efforts must be put in place to make peace between the warring parties.
The intractable problem of nations has been restoration of peace, and Russia and Ukraine are no different in this significant aspect of politics. The political leadership in the two warring nations must be cautious enough to regard peace as the only option that would resolve their political problems. Dialogue should be used in order to bring back lost peace between the neighbouring nations. The lives that are being lost everyday should be made politically preventable under the present circumstances. The Russia-Ukraine war has been a jarring witness to loss of lives which could have been saved. Responsible politics must be used in order to prevent further loss of lives.
The military has to bear the brunt of all wars, and so is the case with Russia and Ukraine. Politics and dialogue must be a way to look forward to for the two nations embroiled in a bloody war. Russia must make peace with Ukraine and use dialogue as the best option to mend their ways. Wars and conflicts should be lessened in the twenty-first century. The two nations should be forewarned about the cost of lives that a war brings to a nation. The loss of lives can be prevented further, if politics is allowed to work for peace. Peace must be utilized with astuteness of character that the political circumstances demand.
