An Act of Terror
Australia’s Bondi Beach was attacked by terrorists. At least fifteen Australians have been killed. They incidentally belong to the Jewish community. The attack must be considered as a desecration of Jewish identity, and an act of anti-Semitism, which should not be tolerated. Terrorism must be condemned with all seriousness of national intent, and the guilty must be punished. Most attacks that kill innocent citizens must be acknowledged with utmost regard for what they come to represent – a violation of human virtues. The government, in this case of Australia’s, has the obligation to bring the guilty to justice. The loss of innocent lives can be considered as an act of travesty, and its perpetrators must be made to serve the guilt that they espouse. All human societies rely on trust, and if trust is breached then it must be restored. The life and property of innocent citizens cannot be flouted, and the government has the duty to protect them with the entire wherewithal that they have at their disposal.
The Bondi Beach terror attack must be considered a tragic act that cannot be fully understood. The violation of personhood that the terror act represents should be made accurate. The groups that live with diversity must learn to live in peace with other; they must understand the differences that they have in accordance with the history that they belong to. The terror act must be subsumed under the premise of national laws. Security measures must be substantially improved, and all caution must be exercised, thus it does not repeat itself. Terror acts on foreign soil by Islamists should be carefully observed and judged. The killings of Jewish people in Australia must be considered a symbol of blatant facileness that terrorism has come to represent in the twenty-first century. The Australian citizens have the right to live in peace with each other, and work productively. They cannot be made to suffer because of their religious beliefs. The Jews have the right to exist as others do on the Australian soil.
