The Loose War
The Trump administration in the United States is supposedly losing the war with Iran. It is not an accurate statement of truth. The teetering of Trump administration is for prolongation of ceasefire deal. The warring parties have not concluded a pact yet, and should do so with immediacy of intent. Politics must be used for welfare of the people rather than for wars and skirmishes in the region. Israel’s security is another significant factor that the Trump administration must come to close terms with. Israel has its right to exist and therefore its security cannot be jeopardized. Israel and Iran had been at loggerheads due to past political negligence. Trump administration must call for peace and prolong the ceasefire indefinitely. Peace and commerce would be a better political ideal for the region, rather than wars and killings. Politics has a responsibility which it must adhere to, and rest assured it must give more opportunities for peace to become politically intact and secure. Israel’s security should not be jettisoned further. Peace between the United States and Iran would be well-suited for the Middle-East and its aims for economy. Iran has been belligerent enough in the past, provoking it further would hamper commercial interests.
The Strait of Hormuz has not cleared yet, and commerce has been hit hard in the region. The Trump administration must take right measures to make way for peace and should not embroil itself more in war. War has not been a tenable proposition in the region. Trump administration has won the war quite decisively, and has been able to make its mark. Giving in to unpopular demands would not be the best idea under the given circumstances. Politics must be used to finalize the ceasefire in the region. More belligerence would be a high risk idea for the warring parties as it might jeopardize their long-term interests. Commerce cannot be put at ransom in the ongoing conflict and more politics must be used in order to quell the distrust in the region. The Trump administration would be wise enough to call for peace talks, if needed, and if not, it must use third-party mediators to finalize the deal. Peace must be indefinite and without any further hiatus or future breaks. Iran also has the responsibility to protect its citizens and not give in to the mayhem of war that has caused irreparable distresses. Both the parties would be privileged if they sort out their differences at the earliest. Peace must be restored in the region and US allies must be given the advantage of commerce that they deserve.
