The government in Venezuela must make a disaster management agency to deal with nature’s problems. The environmental hazards are not new to mankind, although the tragedy that they produce bends the morale of the nation. Venezuela must invest in a disaster management agency that shall be equipped to deal with emergency scenarios. The earthquakes take place due to shift in tectonic plates, they are capricious and unwelcome in human habitation. The government in Caracas would be well-advised to seek a new agency that can deal with uncertain problems of nature. Most recently, the two earthquakes have killed scores, and the toll might go up in the coming days and weeks. The new disaster preparedness will aid in dealing with the uncertain nature of environmental hazards in future.
Apart from climate change and other man-made environmental problems, earthquakes and floods must be dealt with intrepidity in developing countries. Venezuela in its right mind must protect the lives of its citizens and put the finances where it is needed the most. It’s an oil-rich country and should use its finances for the betterment of its people. Venezuela must devise a disaster management agency at the earliest and permit it to work under the scenario. The environmental problems usually overwhelm a given population and hardly give them the opportunity to save their lives and property. The loss of lives and property is a matter of unfathomable tragedy and should be decreased. The disaster management agency will be equipped to deal with such hazards and will decrease the deaths that might happen due to tardiness in removing the debris. The lives would be saved and the citizens will have a safe sanctuary to fall back on. The new disaster management agency should be well-funded and equipped to deal with nature’s hazards. Nature has a troubling relationship with mankind. On the one hand it supports life, on the other it becomes a perilous force to be forewarned against. Nature must be comprehended carefully in the twenty-first century and its pattern must be recognized. The building of a disaster management agency should be one of the first steps that the government must take apart from saving lives under the given circumstances.
