In Environment’s Favour

The environmental problems must be resolved. Our planet has been facing grave difficulties for quite long decades. The problems of environment as highlighted by International Energy Agency must be brought to the attention of the international community. The introduction of nuclear power can be one important way of resolving the environmental problems and hazards. Nuclear energy is the cleanest form of energy and should be explored with seriousness of efforts and investments. More investments must be made in making nuclear energy as it is the most important source of clean energy. Nuclear power is rightly considered as the cleanest form of energy available to mankind. The life on earth relies on energy for consumption. Mankind cannot survive without energy needs. Blaming fossil fuels and being lethargic on environmental matters has become a distracting problem to come to terms with. Environmental problems must be managed head-on, by using scientific principles to curb the menace of pollution, and at the same the world must move towards clean forms of energy emanating from nuclear power and renewable resources. The energy needs of the developed and developing countries are immense and require fossil fuels; there are no viable alternatives for the present. The present needs have to be satisfied and future needs and challenges should be scrutinized. The penchant with fossil fuel will decline if alternative sources of energy become an option in the future. The countries that have invested in their economies have to meet the demands placed on them and these demands are met through energy consumption. The problems of environment have to managed at the same time, and therefore require the aid of science and clean energy to work in favour.

The developed and developing countries must use scientific principles as Polluter Pays Principle to reduce pollution, and at the same time invest heavily in clean forms of energy, as nuclear energy and renewable resources. Both have the high potential to resolve environmental problems. The nature needs protection from exploitation, and this exploitation must end. The destruction of nature is tantamount to illicit behaviour which cannot be overlooked. Nature gives shelter to mankind and has been its most valuable resource. Nature needs protection from undue exploitation and should be corroborated in accruing advantages that it begets mankind. The countries that pollute the most should move towards clean forms of energy and use best scientific principles to curb their emissions and pollution, which are its most lethal outcomes and by-products. The countries that pollute the least must move towards a greener future wherein the economic development takes into care the greener aspects of economy. The green economy can be one way of understanding the blueprint that it might set for itself. Green economy is more environmentally-friendly, has a greener resource base and pollutes the least. Developing economies that pollute the most much check its pollution habits and move towards clean forms of energy. In addition to developing countries, developed countries must invest on nuclear energy and bring the benefits of nuclear power to the world. Avoidance of nuclear energy is not a notable option any more. Nuclear energy and renewable resources should be used to fulfil the energy demands of the economy.
